Crowne Plaza London Kensington

It’s a great location for the tube. Central Kensington, close to Gloucester Road tube station. The Hotel is hectic, check in wasn’t at all smooth, rushed and lacking the personal touch. The rooms aren’t good value for money. The deluxe double with garden view was poor quality, chipped bathroom sinks and unit, poor drainage. Wonky items, mirror and toilet roll holder. Breakfast was chaotic with lots of people, uncontrolled children running wild. I paid nearly £400 a night, it’s certainly not worth that. I’m unsure what the hotel is trying to be - with meeting rooms and random events running from the lower ground. The staff we encountered were excellent. The hotel left me feeling very underwhelmed. I won’t return.

Our first visit and we could not have been treated BETTER! This is now our fave hotel in London because of the location and particularly THE AMAZING STAFF especially Neha who helped us store luggage and attended to our every need. Brilliant experience from start to finish!

This is a nice Hilton property in a nice area, Kensington. A nice room for a family of four where you can get two beds. Our room in the back of the property was very quiet. Location near Gloucester tube station made it easy to get around. Breakfast was solid. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Would come back again.
