Holiday Inn London Sutton

Sebastian on the reception maybe the rudest man I’ve ever dealt with. After the first incident I requested to talk to another member of staff about an issue with my room. Sebastian asked me “what my problem was”. The managers on the other hand were lovely and helpful and really great at their job. The hotel was clean and the breakfast lovely. However the incidents on arrival left a really bad taste in mouth and I won’t be coming again

This hotel in a good position to get into the centre of London it had plenty of parking to. Really good buffet breakfast food was hot which I appreciated not lukewarm like some hotels. All staff pleasant. There was a 2/3 coarse menu looked good value for money we didn’t gave on this occasion. The only slight negative the rooms need modernising especially the bathroom bit old and tired looking. We stayed during the heatwave the air con was excellent in the room that was a massive plus.

The staff are very friendly in the bar. Robert is always cheerful. Music is varied and not too loud so you can actually talk with each other unlike so many other bars. Food is reasonable value (although as always would be nice to have more healthy options). Disabled toilet is always clean. So overall it’s great place to meet up at any time of the day.(have been for breakfast in the past).
