Noisy room (23) - standard room at 430 euros but no bottle of water in the room.

I've had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The facilities were excellent, everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. After spending the day in the intense heat, it was such a relief to come back to a room with perfectly cold air conditioning—it made all the difference and made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Idris at reception, who kindly upgraded me to a larger room. It was a thoughtful gesture that made my stay even more comfortable, and I truly appreciated it. His professionalism, friendliness, and understanding of guests' needs were outstanding. Kudos to Idris and the entire team for providing such excellent service and making me feel so welcome throughout our stay. Overall, a fantastic experience with great amenities, exceptional hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere. I would happily recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!
