I made a walk-in booking, and Aleksandar helped me with the process. He was calm, patient, and very helpful. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the booking at the last minute because my daughter’s planned procedure at GOSH was abandoned after she had already been admitted. The booking was non-refundable, but Aleksandar and Harmonie were incredibly sympathetic and understanding of our situation. They spoke to their manager and arranged for the booking to be cancelled with a full refund. This was such a kind and compassionate gesture at a time when we, as a family, were already extremely upset and distressed about the abandoned procedure. Their understanding and support genuinely meant a lot to us. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, kindness, and genuine care for its guests.

It’s a £70 a night hotel that charges double that The rooms are basic, no aircon, bed are tiny, windows don’t open, toilet so small I was touching the wall whilst sat on it, showers basic Not a terrible one, just really not a nice one either

When we checked in we had a problem with our booking. However, the young lady on reception was brilliant in sorting it out - thank you Nonye. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. We were attending the Faulty Towers Dining Experience. Great fun, great evening.
