Have stayed at this place twice in the past few weeks for one night each time when I’ve needed to stay over for a work event. It represents great value for money compared to London’s now ridiculous prices at better-known hotels, and is only c. 20 mins by tube into the heart of the City. Rooms are well appointed and have been clean, beds have been comfy and the shower has been good / powerful. That’s all I needed tbh for a quick overnight stay. I do agree with some other reviews that there is a reasonable amount of noise from the traffic / road so possibly not the best place if you’re a light sleeper

Horrible experience altogether!!! Our room was way too warm and the staff did not hear our complaints or want to help. They pretended to call a maintenance worker to fix the aircondition, but that was just a lie. It was also extremely loud and noisy during the night making it hard to sleep. Generally, the hotell smelled pretty horrible and towels/ bedding did not seem super hygienic. The room key was not working, nor did they fix it, so every time we went in and out, we had to ask reception to open our room. Temperature, smells, hygiene etc.. My advice would be to steer clear of this hotel!

Found a used condom in the room. Staff did not care. Did not apologise. Very rude. Rooms are very old and very dirty. dust everywhere. Staff in reception care more about sitting on their phones then trying to resolve any issues that guests may have. Location is good but there are hotels in the same area so save yourself the night of feeling disgusting and book elsewhere
