Browns Hotel

Wow! From the moment we stepped out of the car at the front of Brown’s, we were made to feel at home. All staff went above and beyond to ensure every moment of our stay exceeded our expectations. We stay at Brown’s hotel every time we stay in London. Many of our friends and family question why we remain loyal to Brown’s when there are so many high end Hotels to choose from. The answer is easy….. no other hotel makes you feel as welcome as Brown’s do. A glass of champagne on arrival, strawberries and chocolates in the room with a bottle of champagne, a hand written note, pillowcases with our initials on, amazing cocktails at the bar, breakfast to make you want to miss lunch due to the variety and quality and then the most important thing of all, staff who genuinely care about the place they work in and the customers who visit the hotel. Why would we want to go anywhere else and more importantly why would anyone else!

We have stayed at many of the world's great hotels and Brown's stands apart from all of them. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel genuinely at home. By the end of our first day the staff knew who we were, greeted us by name, and anticipated our needs before we had to ask. That kind of warmth cannot be trained. It has to be felt, and at Brown's it is felt everywhere. The hotel itself is magnificent. Breakfasts at Charlie's were a highlight of every morning. The rooms are beautifully appointed and the connecting rooms worked perfectly for our family. A particular note of appreciation for Paolo, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. His professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made an already exceptional experience truly unforgettable. He is everything you could hope for in a hotel and a true reflection of what Brown's stands for. We are already looking forward to our return.

The best hotel ever we stayed in the Kipling suite a true experience trust me . My favorite is seeing all the same staff at breakfast who greet me with hugs .
