Days Hotel Waterloo

Our recent stay at Waterloo Hub Hotel was perfect. The central location, affordable rates, and attentive staff (24 hour receptionist) made it a standout experience. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, and the complimentary amenities (coffee/tea) in the guest lounge were a nice touch. With iconic landmarks nearby and easy access to transportation, exploring London was a breeze. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an affordable and convenient stay in the heart of the city!"

Would not recommend. Not very helpful and only concerned about payment. Once they have the payment then not willing to help at all. They clearly stated they would rather have someone stay that has Covid than refund as they could well have a hotel full of people with Covid and so its not in their problem.

Wow great food and such great service, staff were wonderful, being that they were so busy at the time they couldn't do enough to help, shame there were some people moaning and cussing at them for not being able to give them a table, due to the covid you have to pre book, the staff were polite and I can't praise them enough, shame on those customers who think it's OK to swear and cuss at them, WELL DONE HUB BOX STAFF YOU ARE GREAT THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING
