Let’s be real here this hotel is terrible run. Showed up with a group on a tour. (12people) (rooms were booked 5 months in advance) they expected 3 people to share one bed. Than they have the audacity to argue saying there’s more groups coming! Well, that’s a dare problem not a mind problem. They are the ones that overbooked trying to cram in as many people as they can to get money money money that’s all it’s about. It’s not about the customer. The rooms were dirty the AC does not work worth a crap. Even found dirty blood stains on the bed frame and sheets and the towels were dirty too stained. Floors not vacuumed. I highly recommend you do your research before staying here at this place. Oh did I mention the fire Alarm going off at 630am nothing was said to anyone. Acted like it never happened.
