Holiday Inn Express Chingford North Circular

At breakfast was tops to wait for a table,then everyone who came after got seated first. I was told to sit at one table and when I asked she wasn't very clear. I have just had brain surgery so the tables were next to each other so we just sat down. Two women approached us and said,you're in our seat. Then leaned across me to grab something off the table.the manager apologized to them offering them coffees from the bar etc. the tables were next to each other so didn't see the big deal anyway Room was fine, give credit to your cleaners. The general manager was wiping the table with a dry cloth,the same one for every table too! Terrible ,couldn't finish breakfast it was so bad. GM favoured other customers over myself and my son.Will never stay again.

Brilliant stay, twin room bigger than most other hotels. Breakfast really good and the the bar is 24hrs with bar snacks throughout the night. Location is a 10. 2 min walk to the bus stop, big sainsbury across the road. But the stand out for me had to the staff. I could not fault them very friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much example t.v didn't have normal channels which wouldn't of been an issue but for the football. Mentioned it to reception went out came back and a new T.V in the room. We would stay here again.

I stayed here many times and I was served by Charlie often, credit where it’s due - she was 100% amazing every time!! As were all her colleagues - very professional, helpful and kind staff throughout! I couldn’t recommend this particular location enough!!! ☺️
