If we were to nitpick, the room was smaller than we anticipated. There was a slight unevenness in the room’s floor - I had to pull out the bench from the wall so my suitcase won’t (appear to) tip over. The bathroom sink is a tiny bit clogged - lower water flow is perfectly fine. If architecturally possible, adding a rubber door seal strip would give an added privacy and possibly reduce noise from the hallway too. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and wish we could stay a couple more days. Good and reliable AC, friendly and helpful staff, nice rear garden, comfortable lobby with ample seating, and great location for visiting Wimbledon games, Airport and other parts of London. We will definitely come back if we visit London in the future.

We had a lovely stay at Templeton Garden Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and well presented, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for our trip to Wimbledon. The only downside was that the TV didn’t work for two of the three nights we stayed. We reported it to reception, but unfortunately it wasn’t resolved until last day of our visit. It was disappointing as we were hoping to watch the World Cup in the evenings. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and we’d happily return, but it would have been 5 stars had the TV issue been fixed.

Good location and beautiful surroundings inside. Rooms (especially bathroom) a challenge getting in and out, but otherwise room was fine.
