Lord Kensington

This hotel was awful. The stench from the sewage was horrendous. We tried to move to a different hotel in the middle of the night because the smell was so bad. When asking for a refund or at the very least partial refund for our night stay, we were told the smell was "coming from the garden" and "I smell it, but it's ok". We spoke to two separate people to try and fix the situation but were met with push back and unfriendly responses. Additionally, the rooms are not as shown. We were placed in a room in the basement with a door leading out to a public backyard and parking lot which felt very unsafe. The rooms were also much more outdated and simpler than the photo. Will not be returning and I do not recommend anyone to stay here.

Typical London structure with quadruple room exploited in every millimeter. Very small bathroom but with a fairly large shower. Good cleaning but the windows of both the bathroom and the bedroom did not close perfectly. Fortunately we stayed in October when temperatures were still mild. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Great hotel, clean and quiet. A build to make you feel the unique character of London. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Make you feel welcome and comfortable. The location is great next to the train station and shops around. Highly recommend.
