had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel in such a useful location staff were absolutely fantastic

The staff were friendly. Very good food in the restaurant and good service. I am happy to give 4 star. However, the bedrooms were disappointing, and the lighting was totally inadequate. Luggage stands were not provided in the rooms, they were only available on request. In room 402 there was only 1 chair and the kettle was broken, but it was quickly replaced. Only one window could be opened. Just one inadequate shelf in the shower room. In room 128 there is no shelving at all in the bedroom the lighting is very poor and the windows were ill fitting.

Yes, another wonderful week at the Holmes Hotel - excellent Marylebone location, lovely room, attentive staff, and in this heat it’s important to note they have fantastic air conditioning. Shout out to Jeet at the front desk who helped me get a shower in the gym when I arrived early morning after an all night flight - long before my room was due to be ready. Then he helped me again to make my next reservation and he helped again arrange a car back to Heathrow upon checkout. I’ll be back soon, promise! Pro tip: for breakfast get the tomato, avocado, Halloumi cheese, and olive plate with toast. Orange juice is freshly squeezed too.
