After all the bad reviews, we were really worried about whether the hotel was okay. But we were pleasantly surprised: the staff was friendly, the rooms clean. The two of us had a four-bed room. The triple room was also good. It was cleaned every day and the beds were made. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. The luggage storage did too.

Black mould. Floor not vacuumed. Musty smell. Sheets on the top of the bed did not look clean. Dingy basement room. - What a welcome to London! For the price small and budget was expected, but this was horrific.
