Great stay i slept really well. Room well equipped and the staff were brilliant. Concerning the restaurant, the food is high quality and there were great options for gluten free. The price point of the food reflects the quality but i didn't find it unreasonable. I would like to note that the restaurant should really consider serving better quality ketchup with the food, this somewhat let down the quality of the meal.

Perfectly placed hotel near lots of little local shops and areas for a walk. Rooms are lovely with extras such as a radio and lovely toiletries. Shower temperature was a bit hit and miss to say the least! Bar is well stocked and a great breakfast. Evening meal was an 8/10. They seemed short staffed but the staff were polite and friendly. The poke bowl seemed to have very little or they had missed the dressing but I asked for and a jug was supplied. Chicken supreme was not as expected no sauce, it was explained that is not their take on the classic dish but the sauce may of been omitted due to error, however another customer also provided the same feedback at check out. The desserts were very tasty. Would we stay away. Yes, this is our second visit but the first restaurant experience.

2nd visit, and only a short drive from Stansted Airport. Rooms are well equipped with everything needed for a short stay, clean and comfortable with a few extra nice touches. WiFi isn't great, drops out quite a bit, and causes problems with tv connections. Car park is small and a bit tight gor parking especially if you have a large car. There is another car park next door (ncp), which has a bit mire room but obviously this is chargeable and I'm nit sure if its 24 hour parking. Staff are very welcoming, Chloe and Holly definitely need a mention, they were our servers in the restaurant and they worked their socks off attending to everyone's needs. For a Monday night, the restaurant was quite busy and these two young girls did not stop! Despite being busy, they both found time to engage with customers, they were both lovely.
