Bed bugs. 20 bites received on first night some. One accompanied by fungal infection. Hotel refuses to take responsibility. Booking.com powerless to offer refund. Others have suffered bed bugs at this hotel. Check out reviews on google and booking.com. Hotel is old, creaky and noisy.

Simple hotel in very good location. Not suitable for large sized or claustrophobic people. It has no air conditioning, but fan and hairdryer. It needs reform. It was pretty clean. Good choice for what prices are in London. We only stayed one night, to go to the silent disk of the Natural History Museum, which is a 20 minute walk. They do not serve breakfast, but there is a Tesco next door, open from 6.00am to 12.00pm Monday to Saturday. Sundays are shorter hours. You can also have breakfast on the first floor.
