We checked in around 8:30pm after the long journey from York. Only one bath towel provided in the bathroom for 2 adults occupying the room. Requested another towel from the receptionist around 9~9:30pm. The receptionist insisted that I should check another bath towel probably in the clothes closet. By the way, there was none. She agreed to send one to our room. However, no towel was delivered to our room. It was late and I’m wanted to retire early for the next day morning flight. Attitude of the receptionist towards my request was not pleasant, as if we are entitled to one piece of bath towel. There was no concern at all to expedite my request for another bath towel. Obviously, I need 2 bath towels for 2 adults.
