We were nicely taken care of by Mervin, Asmita, Saim and Mori! They were so kind to let us check in a bit earlier without having to pay any extra fees! The manager, Mervin gave us good and helpful tips on where to go and how to get around in London! Additionally, we got free cookies! The experience was so nice, the workers were very pleasant and the room was very nice!

Amazing food clean hotel friendly staff

Stayed two nights. Unfortunately did not have a good time. Great location, but the air conditioning didn’t work the second night, no windows to open to get air in the room, got offered warm cookies presumably to cool me down haha. Reception had only a few fans and we couldn’t get one. Restaurant and bar very basic ..basic drinks no mixers for spirits.
