I was honestly a little hesitant about booking this hotel because I had never stayed here before, and none of my friends had any previous experience with it. However, from the moment I made my reservation, the team exceeded my expectations. They reached out before my trip, helped organize my bookings, and made everything feel effortless even before I arrived. On my first day, Marisa welcomed us with genuine warmth and kindness. She arranged our rooms quickly and efficiently, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free after a long journey. During the rest of my stay, I had the pleasure of meeting Chris and Henry. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and always happy to help. Their positive attitude, warm smiles, and willingness to assist made every interaction enjoyable. They truly made us feel valued as guests. The housekeeping team also deserves special recognition. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional—well beyond what I expected. Every day, the room was spotless, and it was clear that they paid attention to even the smallest details. Their dedication and high standards did not go unnoticed. I would also like to thank the entire hotel team for making my stay unforgettable. Every staff member I encountered was welcoming, courteous, and committed to providing outstanding service. A special thank you as well for storing our luggage securely in the storage room for five days after our stay. This was incredibly helpful and made our travel plans much easier. Overall, this hotel delivered one of the best hospitality experiences I have ever had. The exceptional service, genuine care, and attention to detail turned what I expected to be a good stay into an extraordinary one. I would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

I brought my sisters along for the sushi master class as a birthday treat. I cannot recommend the session enough! Our chef Toni was absolutely wonderful, so funny and made the experience so memorable! Thank you for introducing us to salmon belly 😍
