Front desk chief Rahul was extremely helpful on all requests and even gave a free upgrade to a better room. Good location, good amenities and good convenience all round. No frills stay and I will be back.

The hotel is close to Tower Hill station and in a quiet street. Nicely set out hotel room with all the features you'd expect. Pleasant and friendly staff. We did have one problem, with a toilet that didn't flush. We discovered it after midnight folowing our return from a show so it couldn't be fixed until the next day and there were no other twin share rooms available for us to move to. However, they gave us complementary breakfast for the inconvenience (and there was a toilet on the lower ground floor we could use). The breakfast buffet options are fairly.limited, but you do get to choose an item from the a la carte menu (such as omelettes).

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Apex City Of London, and I can honestly say that everything was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the entire reception team was professional and friendly, making us feel welcomed and valued. I loved our room—it was beautifully decorated, comfortable, spacious and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. I’m happy to admit that we have something wonderful to remember thanks to the amazing team at Apex City Of London, and I can't wait to return!
