Copthorne Hotel Slough Windsor

We have just stayed at the Copthorne in Slough for 2 nights for our trip to Wimbledon. This hotel was booked as part of a package with Newmarket Holidays. On approach the hotel looks rather dated, however once inside it is very nice. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room on 6th floor was spacious and well equipped. We were delighted when we arrived to discover there was a fridge in the room, (great for keeping our fizz for Wimbledon chilled)! The food and drinks in the hotel was also good. I would not hesitate to stay here again, when visiting the area.

Great, friendly staff who paid attention to the little details, and that should never be taken for granted. A special mention to Joy at the breakfast buffet, who was attentive, polite, and a pleasure to interact with. Everyone on the team made our stay enjoyable and welcoming. The room was fully equipped, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, making it very comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, a 10/10 experience. Thank you all, and well done to the entire team. Your staff truly understand what genuine hospitality should look and feel like.
