Vishal & Steven were absolutely fantastic we were a group of 4 girls who had been let down late at night by air b&b. Vishal helped us get a room sorted at late notice & took good care of us. Nothing was a problem at all. Steven helped us look for things to do as we were then in the wrong area to where we needed to be. It’s just the little things that go along way. They are both a credit to your team & made a bad situation so much better by how helpful they both were.

On arrival because I had not got the room I thought I had booked I went back to reception and spoke to Steven .Steven was so polite and understanding and did everything he could to help. I was shocked to find out he had only at the Crown Plaza for a short time as his calm manner was reassuring. He found a solution that he confirmed with his manager Vishal. Vishal came out and spoke to me and was also very polite, great to deal with.

We stayed here for three nights from 15 to 18 June this year. It is beyond me why it gets such bad reviews as we thought it was very nice. We upgraded our room to a club room, well worth the additional cost, it was large and airy with everything you could need and a lovely balcony overlooking the river. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. As others have said, it is not in Kingston but Surbiton, and ideally located for Hampton Court, which was our main reason for the trip. We went into Kingston on two nights and had food down by the river, which was lovely. On our final evening we went to the lovely little pub across the road from the hotel and the food there was excellent. We got the train into London one day and it took about 30 minutes. All in all, a very enjoyable stay and we would definitely do it again.
