Travelodge London Central Aldgate East

It’s me Ahnaf I went with my family and stay been 3 nights. Their service was fantastic . Most importantly Mr.Anirudh was awesome. Highly hospitable.

Good points Friendly staff Bad points like been in a furnace dirty rooms bathroom dirty never been in a travelodge this bad .

Half the hotel rooms are at the back and face a large set of railway lines. The loud noise from the trains is constant and makes sleeping almost impossible. Coupled with this is the issue of the room being incredibly hot and no air con so it is like living in an open oven. The desk fan simply shifts the hot air around the room. The curtains do not keep the light out so, even if you do get a sleep, the sunshine will pour into the room very early if you are staying in the summer. Complaints large fell on deaf ears. I did get a credit voucher from Travelodge though, so clearly they admit this hotel is simply not fit for purpose in anybody's definition. Avoid like the plague. Well you have been warned.
