We booked Novotel Wembley on purpose because we were going to The Weeknd concert. We paid quite a bit more for this hotel because the location was really important to us. We wanted to be able to get home straight after the concert. We arrived around 5:30 PM and unfortunately found out there was a leak from the air conditioning in our room. As the hotel was fully booked, we couldn’t stay there. They first offered us a free taxi and a room in another Novotel, which normally wouldn’t have been a big deal, but we had specifically chosen this hotel because of the location. Once the staff realised how important the location was to us, they really did everything they could to help. Sam, the reception manager, was amazing. He apologised several times and started calling hotels nearby to see if they had a room available. They even sent someone to another hotel in person to ask if they could help us. In the end, they managed to find us a room close by. We were honestly so grateful that they listened to us and really tried to find a solution. Sam even paid for the other room upfront, and we later got the price difference refunded because the other hotel was less luxurious. So even though it was a pretty stressful situation, Sam and the team really saved the evening for us. The location is perfect, the staff were great, and we’d definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in Wembley!

This hotel was in the perfect location for us. It was just me and my two daughters. We went for three days to explore London as a mini city break. It is in very close walking distance to Wembley Park tube meaning very easy to get to places and I loved the location being a short walk to many restaurants and shops. Perfect for our trip. The hotel itself was just as described. Bed was comfy. We asked for the highest floor possible and we were given the top floor. I would ask for a room on the front next time as we were at the back and it looked straight onto student accommodation. TV in room, fridge, tea, coffee, kettle etc. Shower was powerful and hot. Generally very clean but there were a few areas that could have been cleaner (round the toilet seat, the bathroom doors). The bathroom doors were glass. The air con in the room was excellent. The staff were friendly and always happy. Great customer service. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

We stayed last night as we were going to see Bruno Mars. We arrived at 3pm and the hotel was buzzing! They had a DJ in the bar and it had a great atmosphere. We ended up staying in the bar and having dinner there. The food was good! We stayed in a suite which was nice and spacious. The kids had a sofa bed in the lounge and we had a separate bedroom. Beds were super comfy. Toiletries were Rituals. Only slight disappointment was the shower as it wasn’t very powerful but it wasn’t a problem. The breakfast buffet was great too in the morning. The location was just perfect and meant we could just relax and enjoy the show without fighting the crowds at the tube station. Would definitely stay again!
