Beautiful hotel in an ideal location, the heart of London is literally at your doorstep. Staff are professional, friendly and helpful. Rooms are gorgeous. Will definitely stay again when in London!

This will be the third time i have used this hotel for business purposes. Being a PA i need a quick go to at the last minute and this time i got the date wrong and then the hotel was fully booked. The Sales team and Givi saved the day with a new booking as i had to upgrade last minute. My Managing Director called me the next day to ask me to leave a 5 star review for ALL the staff as he thoroughly enjoyed is stay .... even if it was a suite he enjoyed it so much he was over the moon ! Thanks for all the team and Givi for saving the day !!!!

Stayed at the Leicester House Hotel for a couple of nights and thought it was quite charming. We got to London early from LA but there was a major Tube workers strike going on so it was a very long and arduous adventure to get to the hotel due to the huge demand for taxis and traffic jams everywhere. We got to the hotel early, around 11am and were very happily surprised that they had a room available for us immediately! It was the Johann Strauss Suite. Very large room for London, and decorated in a fun, modern, yet traditional look. Huge bathroom! We had a lovely stay and the staff were always very cheerful and helpful. We would definitely return.
