Very poor in terms of customer service and dealing with cancellations that are done in a timely manner, nothing short of absolutely appalling.

Let get straight to the point, this place definitely needs upgrading, looks dirty due to old furniture. However is is spot less. Shower hot & powerful. Hairdryer in room. Tea & coffee in room. Handful of coathangers in wardrobe All staff were excellent, from check in to check out. We didn't eat any meals here so can't comment on this. For the price I was happy. If you are after flash & up-to-date this hotel is not for you. Clean and getting your head down yes. Carparking is £3, unless you spend money with the hotel and keep receipt and then they return.

Don't do the breakfast unless Ure having eggs ..there are spot on and fresh.. unless your there first thing I would except
