Tower - Derry

From the moment we arrived at reception Kadie meet us with the most fabulous smile I have ever seen and made us feel so welcome from the very start Kadie checked us into the Eleonor suite which was a huge room with our very own living room and a great view of the Derry walls, we left our bags and headed down for some food we ate in the bar and I think the young girls name was April sorry if I got this wrong but the service we got was second to none its as if she had knew us for a lifetime which is so rare in hospitality and the food didn't disappoint either I had the prawn pilpil to start and my wife had the chicken wings great sized portions and cooked to perfection big shout out to the chef pilpil was the best I've ever had , for the main I had the fish and chips which again great portion and the batter was lovely my wife had the bang bang salad which she said was delicious , next morning it was time for that great Irish fry up and again the Maldron Derry did not disappoint , guys truly you all made our 2 days wonderful we have never been so relaxed and we cant wait to come back again!! I had a perfect stay at the Maldron Hotel in Derry. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The room was spotless, spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, although some hot items could’ve been a bit warmer. The overall atmosphere throughout the hotel was friendly and inviting. Everything exceeded our expectations and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Derry!

Amazing stay!!! Location was perfect, staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant, food was great. Family room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Bar and gym facilities were really good. Overall a really enjoyable stay and will definitely be back!
