Bewleys Hotel

Layla gave exceptional service even when the food wasn’t great. Didn’t spoil the evening due to the service.

Stayed here last night before we went on holiday and I was really impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff are. All the breakfast staff individually helped me at different points of the morning whilst I was looking after my baby solo and trying to eat. What I was expecting to be a daunting experience was met with multiple offers to help me get food, clean baby equipment etc. really would recommend. Was expecting a lifeless busy city hotel but was met with staff that genuinely seemed to care and want to help. Thank you especially to Yasmin for being ever so kind.

We were looked after by the amazing Alex, from España. The gourmet burgers were delicious. We always stay at the Clayton before flying from Manchester Airport , it’s such a nice hotel with a great team.
