Britannia Airport

The room had a terrible smell on arrival. I notified the desk staff and they sprayed the carpet with an odour neutraliser. The batteries had removed from the tv remote. The mattress was the most uncomfortable experience ever, I could feel every spring and most of them were broken. The corridor stank of cigarette smoke & weed.

Stayed here on the 8th May this year, after a late night flight back to Manchester. We checked in, and went to our room in the early hours, and straight to bed. At 3am I awoke to find a complete stranger had opened my door and was in our room! He had an electronic key! This was absolutely terrifying, and the following day the hotel didn't even bother to give an explanation. I am fuming, and would never use this hotel again.

Very nice staff, very service minded.I ordered food and they dilivered it to me in my room, because I'm HC. Only thing negative, no AC, no fans and the mattress was woren But it was, a positive stay
