Britannia Airport Northenden

Stayed here on the 8th May this year, after a late night flight back to Manchester. We checked in, and went to our room in the early hours, and straight to bed. At 3am I awoke to find a complete stranger had opened my door and was in our room! He had an electronic key! This was absolutely terrifying, and the following day the hotel didn't even bother to give an explanation. I am fuming, and would never use this hotel again.

Very nice staff, very service minded.I ordered food and they dilivered it to me in my room, because I'm HC. Only thing negative, no AC, no fans and the mattress was woren But it was, a positive stay

Paid £139.00 for 1 night stay and the car to stay parked for the week. Parking is a joke eventually the hotel worker told us to park in the secure under ground car park so the car was locked behind a gate and would be safe enough. we booked here thinking we would have a nice rest before our early flight in the morning after travelling from Glasgow boy was I wrong the rooms were absolutely stifling hot windows would barely open we ran cold baths to sit our feet in, soaked the towels to wrap around us it was so warm it wasn’t the cleanest hotel either lifts were out of service we didn’t sleep a wink our flight was at 6.30am we ended up phoning a taxi at 2am to take us to the airport as we knew it would be cooler. GREAT START To the holiday! Holidays over collect the car get a 2 weeks later a letter from BPA parkingeye with a £100 CHARGE!! tried to contact the hotel regarding this ive tried calling and sent an email and I’ve now had to appeal this with parkingeye fantastic
