Castlefield Hotel

The Hotel is really nice and great location, lovely bedroom The major problem is the bed, when you book double bed you expect one, not to singles together with double top over the top. Very uncomfortable and poor night sleep. When reported to night manager told to talk to management in the morning, Basically told. That’s what you pay for sorry. Therefore I must say customer service care and listening is not great here Just other numbers not a customer that will return

Ticks all the boxes and the gym is best hotel gym I’ve ever been too! Special shoutout to the girl that works in reception Think her name is denim (blonde hair),her customer service skills are 5star

LOVED this place! We stayed 20th- 22nd for my birthday and to catch up with family. Had the loveliest time, from the moment we arrived to our departure. Staff were all so friendly and welcoming (shout out to Bianca and Denim), and we loved the whole ethos of the hotel and the leisure facilities. The pool was great, though very busy, and the other facilities looked good. The location was a pleasant surprise, with so many "must do" places within walking distance. I can't recommend this hotel enough. We will be back!
