Hilton Manchester Deansgate (I)

We recently stayed at the Manchester Deansgate Hotel and had a very enjoyable experience. While the hotel is showing its age in a few areas and could benefit from some updates, it was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. What really made our stay memorable was the exceptional service from Kaiser. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. One gesture that really stood out was that he even messaged me during our stay to check that everything was going well and to see if there was anything we needed. That level of genuine care and attention is rare and made a real difference to our experience. Outstanding customer service can make all the difference, and Kaiser is a real credit to the hotel. We truly appreciated his professionalism, kindness, and dedication to ensuring guests have a great stay. Thank you, Kaiser, for making our visit so enjoyable!

Breakfast lower than average even worse than Edinburgh university summer camps breakfast. X19 exactly 519 Rooms noise is terrible I never ever suffered this in my life, I travelled all over the world from Motel level to Kempinski , or ST Regis. It’s a low frequency vibration noise from just behind the wall in rooms toilet.

Had a glass of Wine ordered and collected at bar and they charged me service charge 🤷🏻‍♀️ why for a wine !?2 pounds xtra Then sat for an hour wtg to be served at table no one came
