We recently stayed at the Manchester Deansgate Hotel and had a very enjoyable experience. While the hotel is showing its age in a few areas and could benefit from some updates, it was clean, comfortable, and in a great location.

One gesture that really stood out was that he even messaged me during our stay to check that everything was going well and to see if there was anything we needed. That level of genuine care and attention is rare and made a real difference to our experience.
