The room was freezing and I had to get Rachel the night porter to help with the radiator. She was very helpful. Went to breakfast to a cold meal and then returned to my car which was keyed. Oh what a lovely stay.

Elena was amazing, always smiling and very helpful; a very hard-working young lady.

I have used this hotel a few times, it is very well situated and close to the motorway. The room are spotless and very comfortable and I never get disturbances. The car parking is free which is a welcome bonus too. Elena checked me in and she was very helpful and friendly . I had a great steak in the restaurant that evening I bought the meal deal which is great value and included a full English breakfast the following morning.
