We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly. From the moment we arrived, everything was welcoming, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The room was spotless, cosy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. A special thank you to Rebecca McLean, whose hard work really stood out. She keeps the rooms absolutely immaculate and her attention to detail made our stay feel so warm and cosy. It’s clear she takes great pride in her work, and it made a real difference to our experience. The whole team was friendly and professional, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable!

The first thing to say is that the staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel is on the main road from Oldham to Ashton, but secluded. I have stayed here several times previously over a number of years. This time with my wife I decided to book the best room available, for 3 nights. Described online as 'King Premium' but labelled 'Super Executive' internally and named 'Emperor' (502). Access was not straightforward, and help was needed to move our suitcases and bags. The room was spacious, with a walk-in wardrobe section, and comfortable seats arranged around a small table and large TV. We were very pleased with the room and the equally spacious en-suite bathroom. So far, so good. However, we soon discovered that the shower would only produce very hot water and was unsafe to use. To fix it would involve considerable work, and we were offered an alternative room. However this was smaller and darker than our original choice, and we decided to stay in our original room and make use of the bath instead of the shower. Breakfast was the standard Holiday Inn selection, something for most people's tastes, staff working hard to keep the full selection available. Parking is free, and while the central car park was often full there are lots of spaces around the sides of the hotel. There is a gym for those who like that sort of thing. We enjoyed our stay, pity about the shower.

Overnight stay for a gig at the Co Op Live. Can't fault the hotel or staff. Very clean and spacious. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. There was a wedding on in another part of the hotel but no noise affected us. Would definitely stay again.
