Great experience as soon as we checked in. We were greeted by Myen who, upon finding out it was my wife’s 30th birthday, did everything he could to make our stay even better. Room upgrade, late checkout and two free drinks at the bar were more than enough of a bonus to make our stay one to remember. The room was fantastic and had everything we needed. The Nespresso machine was an added bonus for me, as a frequent traveller for work, I always find the coffee offering to be really poor. Location is perfect for being close enough to the action, but still in your own sanctuary away from all the noise. The hotel bar was a great way to cap off the evening. Really chilled atmosphere with friendly and attentive staff who couldn’t have been nicer. The whole experience was amazing and I’d definitely recommend The Edwardian and also look to stay here again.

Thank you to Myen and all the hospitality staff at the Edwardian. I had a wonderful stay. The rooms were lovely and the spa facilities were great. Location was perfect, in a very central location close to many shops and activities. Would 100% recommend and stay here again. Thank you!

I had the most wonderful stay at the Edwardian Hotel Manchester for my birthday and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming and attentive. A special thank you to Kyaw, who truly went above and beyond to make my birthday feel extra special. After mentioning it was my birthday, he kindly upgraded us free of charge, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more memorable. His customer service was exceptional, and he is a real credit to the hotel. The spa facilities were fantastic—clean, relaxing and the perfect place to unwind. The pool, sauna and steam room were all beautifully maintained, creating a luxurious and peaceful atmosphere. The hotel itself has excellent amenities throughout, and everything was finished to a very high standard. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional and happy to help, making us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay. Thank you to everyone at The Edwardian Manchester, especially Kyaw, for making my birthday so special. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in Manchester!
