We had a lovely stay here this weekend on a family trip. Particular thank you to Danka and Mica-Sian the night team who were very helpful and good fun to be around for late night drinks at the bar

Welcomed by Catherine on Reception as we arrived, very friendly and professional and made sure our stay was comfortable, also Kieran on the night shift , he tried to get us a taxi as we were stranded by Etihad stadium till 3 am, could not get a taxi for us as my friend is in an electric wheelchair, nice kind friendly staff .

Great place to stay,staff AMAZING! DOTTIE,CATH, BERNADETTE & FAITH went ABOVE & BEYOND to make our stay so pleasant on our outward journey.look forward to the same on our journey back.BIG THANKS to Cath for attending to my mobility needs booking a Wet room not bath for my return it meant a lot xxxx your all a credit to the company!
