Good hotel we booked the family room with a double bed and 2 singles as we were 4 adults. Room was clean and tidy.Breakfast was a good choice. All the staff were so friendly we did ask for more pillows which we got. There was a kettle in the room.Apart from the odd door slamming shut it was very quiet. Good location bus stop 2 mins away to Oldham and Manchester . Good value for money.

We were booked into room 409. We stayed 21 August for 2 nights. The hotel room is basic, but it was clean. The hotel bed is soft and comes with one small pillow. The location of the hotel is pretty good there is a bus stop a two minutes walk. One heading into Oldham city cents and going to Manchester. My only issue was the other guest staying there. On Friday night there was loads of people shouting, slamming doors. And then at 4am the neighbours were arguing and threatening to pummel each other. This went on for nearly 2 hours. Was expecting the same on the Saturday night however it was the total opposite. Silence!!

proached reception and receptionist was impolite and kind of unwelcoming. Approached room and found bad smell throughout from corridor to lift and even room was stinking Approached cafe and figured out that waiter and floor cleaner is a same guy doing both tasks simultaneously without even washing hands. Next day approached reception again and same cold behaviour didn’t even bother to ask that how was our stay. Overall experience was pretty bad which could be covered if staff of the hotel was welcoming but they were kind of least bothered and least concerned about us as well as about their job. Receptionist was micromanaging to an extent that he stopped my kid from filling a water bottle from restaurant and ordered to fill it up from washroom of his room. So disappointing and disgusting. Never staying there ever again
