The White Hart

always a pleasure to stay here, very friendly and welcoming team, while i would saying prices are not shall we say competitive they are not extortianate and the experience is better than average

Excellent location. Friendly staff, lovely room. Very clean and safe. We have stayed here before and each time has been an excellent experience. I do find it a bit pricy, but if you book direct with the hotel, it is cheaper rather than using 3rd party bookers, such as Booking.com. For a hotel that hosts weddings and parties, it is aways quiet and peaceful, I don't know how they manage this, but they do. Such a great experience staying here.

Was looking forward to our stay in the cottage having stayed on numerous occasions but never in the cottage The cottage unfortunately needs an urgent upgrade. First impression when you open the door was sadly Not the best as all you focus on was the ripped carpet on stairs. Room was very dark and bathroom in need of upgrade with tape on floor tiles Bed was comfy. The white Heart has a good reputation but this is not the standard we expected Staff lovely money needs to be spent on the cottage for sure ! Staff lovely and very helpful as always breakfast good
