Great value accommodation. Really friendly staff with an office based in the building which makes everything run smoothly. Nice clean apartment with all mod cons. Parking available under building too. Bit noisy at night with traffic and pedestrians which affected sleep a little bit. Pictures on ad are a bit misleading as the apartment we booked was not the one in most of the photos. Would definitely use Base again though.

Great location, convenient for tourist attractions with good restaurants nearby Basic but comfortable and spotlessly clean. Friendly reception staff. Views from the 5th floor were amazing! Excellent value.

We as a family of 5 stayed here for 3 nights in a so called penthouse apartment number 49. It was very poor for a penthouse apartment !! while the sheets on beds were clean the throws and cushions were filthy dirty . Even the pillows were smelly even though they had clean linen they were literally fit for the bin. We booked through booking.com and paid in full before arrival. We were asked to pay 100£ sterling deposit which will take 5-6 days to be refunded to our account , there was no mention of this when we booked through booking.com
