Blenheim Lakeside Hotel

We have visited the Sefton Park Hotel previously and this was our third visit accompanied by our adult grandson. The accommodation was perfect- as before. Having been born in Liverpool and was part of the Beatles scene l felt fully equipped to take us on our journey of nostalgia! But at out hotel we met John, an Irish gentleman who was most helpful amusing, friendly but a professional member of staff. His drawing of a pint of Guinness for my grandson completed a unique experience for him - which he pronounced it to be “ the finest Guinness he had ever tasted 👏👏👏” Thank you John - you made our holiday .

Upon arrival we were greeted by John who was very informative, about the hotel, and the local bus route which takes you straight into Liverpool One. The room was located on the third floor and whilst there were wasn't a lift there were plenty of photos and memorabilia to read on Stuart Sutcliffe, one of the first members of the Beatles, who had lived at 37 Aigburth Road. The room itself was very tidy and comfortable, overlooking Sefton Park. Breakfast was delicious offering a full English breakfast but if not what you fancied, you could choose your cooked items or have fruit and or cereal. All the staff that we met during our stay were happy and helpful and given the location we would definitely stay again. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

We’ve had such an amazing stay all the staff have been fantastic especially John who was so supportive and kind when we called last minute to book.
