Devonshire House

Had a nice night room was a good temperature and bathroom was warm had a nice hot bath and husband said shower was good,plenty of tea and coffee and bottles of water in the fridge only thing I noticed was no plug sockets by bed but not a big problem,could hear music from the wedding outside but it finished at a reasonable hour,had a great sleep bed very comfortable also plenty of hanging space for clothes and drawers,would stay again 🙂

Went for the mothers day meal. Price still the same yet no starters, cold mains and no desert choices. Gone every year for 30+ yrs always had starter, carvery and a choices of desert. This year no starter, mains freezing cold when my table was less than 30ft from the carvery and no choice of desert just 3 tiny cheesecakes an when I say tiny I mean tiny. I've gone here every Yr since age of 6 (I'm 40 next year) an today was an absolute shambles. I was planning on holding my wedding reception here next year will be thinking twice oh yea one more thing bottle of rose prosecco £35
