Epic Pink Dreams Apartment The Positives: Great, city center location. Secure and spacious apartment located on the first floor. The building has a lift. Powerful showers. Clean environment. Equipped Kitchen. Towels and showergel provided. Great bedroom lighting & mirrors. There is no parking onsite, but they are partnered with QPark, located on Hanover Street. It takes approximately 3 minutes to walk to the apartments. The Negatives: Bedroom one is advertised as having a king-size bed, however it is two twins pushed together. Single sheets, and single bedding. First floor leak, with a bucket near the lift. Apartment 7 has a damp/fusty smell and was very muggy/hot. The air-conditioning didn't work and there is a review on AirBnB from July about the air-conditioning not working then (see attached) It's frustrating this has not been fixed. Especially when none of the windows open. However fans where already provided in each bedroom and in the living room which helped. We also had the same problems as described in the attached review regarding the lights - all of the remotes for the extra lighting (the neons and party lights) were faulty and didn't work. We reported the maintenance issues via telephone along with the three spot lights being out, but asked for these to be looked at once we checked out. We where only there for one night for a Hen Do. Our Preferences: The bathroom shower and tap water becomes scolding hot! BE CAREFUL! The cold water in the kitchen doesn't get that cold at all and isn't nice to drink. The beds, pillows and duvet are comfy, but half of us felt the beds where too soft. We Recommend: New scatter cushions in the bedroom (very old and dingy) Fresh paint all around. New balls in the pit (half empty with many flat and broken)

This was for a hen doo and we purposely paid extra for an early check in to decorate the room quickly before the bride arrived. Instead the bride arrived to cleaners still cleaning and hoovers going round, as they hadn't had the heads up about the early check in. They were also eating strawberries whilst working which they left in the apartment after. This apartment is also right by a nightclub and loud music and vibrations can be heard in the apartment til 3am - might be worth warning people if they want to sleep before 3am. One of the rooms (the 2 king size beds with ensuite one) had 2 strips as curtains (if you can even call them that), so all the light came in and we were awake early at 7am too. The sofa bed didn't have the right bedding or a sheet, however this was provided when asked. There was a rotting dishwasher that was brown and smelt like someone had died in there. There is wifi but it only works for an hour, after that it send you a code to your email to continue, however you can to click off the login page to get that code which never comes anyway! The signal is not strong in the apartment so they deffo need to sort that out so it's not just an hour. The location is good for central train station, concert square and liverpool one, however if you want to get to sleep before 3am, and not wake up at the crack of dawn, suggest you avoid.

Great location and central. The rooms were ok but where it says sleeps 8 for example you have 2 double beds and 2 single beds then sofa bed. The rooms were well used and needed updated with the carpets being badly marked and torn and the walls chipped. Cupboard doors didn't close properly. Handles missing off windows. You couldn't open the windows during the day for fresh air. Key pad to enter building didn't work quite often and had to phone for someone to cone let us in. The noise from neighbouring bars was quite bad and kept us up most of the night. Wouldn't come here again
