We stayed over the weekend visiting family in nearby Croxteth, initially a little doubtful as the hotel is in an industrial estate and seems quite remote. The hotel is a budget friendly hotel and initial impressions were very good with plenty of parking and well tended drive. The hotel staff couldn’t have been more helpful, impressions of the foyer and bar area pretty good, clean and tidy. The room was surprisingly large with everything you need, comfy beds, choice of pillows and importantly given the weather air conditioning! Bathroom had a large walk in shower, everything was well stocked and working, all spotless and clean. Breakfast is a buffet which was good, the only niggle being that it took quite a while to restock the items as they ran out. The hotel is about £17 Uber to the centre of Liverpool if you want to save on (expensive) parking in the centre or fancy a night out. No hesitation in recommending this hotel at all.

After my sat nav took me to the wrong hotel (BW) I was informed at the reception by a rude woman I was staying over there which was the knowsley Inn and lounge. Thank good I was if thats the kind of service you get. From me arriving at knowsley Inn & Lounge to me leaving I coudnt fault anything. I stayed 2 nights, my room was large and the bed was really comfortable. Didnt have breakfast so couldn't comment but it smelt nice. The whole atmosphere was very pleasant, guests we're intermingling with each other in the lounge and it generally felt welcoming to all. I have to give a mention to the staff who made my stay enjoyable. Liam was the main member of staff who I saw. A really nice polite friendly person who made sure I was OK as I was on my own. I would also like to mention Chris & Laura again both very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning at a later date. We'll done team!

Checked in after watching a rubbish football match. The lad on reception was very friendly. We entered our room and the first thing which greeted us was the key card holder which turns on the electricity had no cover. The beds were OK but moved allover due to having wheels with nothing to lock them in place. The tap in the bathroom was loose and moved. After a long day we went to bed at around 10. 15pm. We both were in a deep sleep until 1.05am when a noisy couple and their barking dog woke us up.
They didn't seem to grasp it was the middle of the night. They talked loud, put their television and and let their dog bark. What hotel checks people in with a barking dog in the middle of the night? Their door was banging shut. They played with dog and took no notice when I shouted for them to be quiet. It didn't help having a locked joining door with their room.
We decided we we never going to get any sleep and packed our clothes and complained to the night porter who apologised but never offered us another room.
We got home at 4.45 am after a long drive in the dark shattered.
This is only our experience so I can't comment on other reviews.
These people should never have been booked in at that time of night and should have been in a room away from people without a dog. Our room was 109 and theirs was 111. They even had the cheek to put a Do not Disturb sign on their door!
