The hotel was just perfect , from the warm welcome from Hannah on reception to the bubbly Brea in the hotel bar. The location can’t be beaten right in the city centre with secure parking 2 mins walk away. We were very impressed with the rooms, little touches like the hairdryer ,iron & iron board, cold drinks in the fridge, water, bathrobes ,tea,coffee facilities and even a packet of crisps and biscuits. We will definitely be staying again and will recommend to our family and friends. Thanks again..

Stayed a busy wednesday night in Liverpool for son's girlfriend's graduation. Nice to be back there. Positives: 1. Great central location. Just up from Pier Head. Car Park 100 yards away only cost £8 after hotel discount. 2. Lovely staff across the hotel. Positive smiley reception etc. 3. Everywhere spotlessly clean and very modern. Secure. Lots of CCTV etc. 4. Great cooked to order breakfast. Excellent poached eggs. Great continental selection too including quality ham, salami, cheeses etc. Pots of tea brought to table. You can book a rough breakfast time also when hotel is busy. Breakfast staff all brilliant. (Might have been a bit greasy for some but, hey, it's a fry-up Full English innit?) 5. Cost was £96 B&B which we thought was ok. 6. Massive bedroom (accessible). Had an opening window as well as air con. A massive plus for us. Bathroom has a lit shaving mirror. 7. Customer Service excellent all round. Walked in to bedroom and 'Happy 43rd Wedding Anniversary' written in chalk pen on mirror. A really nice, thoughtful and personal touch. Thank you. Negatives: (nit-picking really!) 1. The massive zip and link super king had no mattress protector. Just a flat sheet. The flat sheet on top of this was too small to tuck under the two mattresses so you ended up with the sheets revealing bare mattress. Not very hygienic for anyone. The mattresses kept coming apart leaving a hole down the middle. 2. The shower did not have much force and the control was half hanging off the wall and only just workable. 3. The engineered wood floor had gaps. (I was kicking the boards closed but a bit of grab adhesive would quickly sort this irritation. 4. Tea and coffee tray was in a wardrobe. You had to take it all out to use on the desk. A bit of a faff really. 5. No drop off zone outside hotel. An issue for us as wife has slight mobility issue. Needs a bay cutting in to the footpath. Both disabled bays were full all the time we were there. Really busy street too. Would deffo stay there again but would not want an accessible room, just one with a walk in shower. Being fair to the hotel we mentioned wife had a slight mobility issue so they were being supportive and had taken on board a customer's concerns. Great stay. Thanks to all lovely staff at Indigo.

Hotel was absolutely amazing, staff was so friendly, location was absolutely brilliant! Bed was so so comfy! Really recommend!
