Premier Apartments Liverpool

Apartment was very tired looking it needs a paint and freshen up, ring marks in the bathroom, shower that sprayed everywhere apart from on me, grout missing from floor tiles in bathroom, it was 30° at one point and the air conditioning unit was absolutely useless and extremely noisy, with no windows to open, fan in 1 bedroom that was broken it was absolutely stifling! The location was good and so was the parking

If we had paid £250 a night, this place would have been fine, but at over £550 a night it was over priced. Not luxury at all and just had a very tired feel to the apartment. The beds were so uncomfortable with sagging mattresses. My back suffered. The shower soaked you as you turned it on, which has obviously been like that for a while as the bathroom door showed (photo). Not enough shelving in the bathroom for any amount of toiletries and loo rolls just stacked with no holders. The bedrooms also were such awkward shapes with the wardrobes positioned so you had to climb over the over person to get out of bed. There was also just a general musty smell to the place. No air con and just the one fan for the whole two bed apartment. Location was excellent, staff all seemed super lovely. Great to have onsite parking, although very tight for long cars. We just felt we had overpaid and there was no premier here.

We have just returned from a very enjoyable weekend in Liverpool. When we arrived at the Premier Suites we were welcomed and checked in by Laura. Laura possesses that rare combination of professionalism with genuine warmth and she was an utter pleasure to deal with. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and it was perfect for our needs. The kitchen had all necessary equipment and the whole apartment was spotless. The location is excellent. Central but not too noisy at night. We would definitely stay here again.
