The location was superb close to the Dock itself right next to the amazing Ferris wheel surrounded by shops and restaurants and cafes. We had a lovely welcome by reception Staff who expertly dealt with a coach-load of travelers and allocated the rooms with expertise. Everyone was swiftly allocated with the rooms they had booked and information on breakfast was also relayed. Our room was a twin with really comfy beds and very clean bedding and pillows, the room was spotless. We had a good nights sleep with no noise. Shower was hot and the towels were luxurious. Breakfast was certainly special with a great choice of Continental and also cooked food. The restaurant was clean and well set out. The Staff were on hand to help all customers and did so with a cheery smile. The reception Staff deserve great credit for the check-in and faultless check-out. We will definately stay there again. Thanks to all.

We returned here for our 59th annual reunion after a previouse wonderful stay and we were not disappointed. Yet again the hotel experience was excellant. From the situation of the hotel, the lovely rooms with a view of the dock, fantastic breakfast and superb clean comfortable bedrooms. But what makes this hotel so special is the team. From Amber in reservations, very patient with my many emails. Tash on front of desk and the team ( sorry I cant remember all your names) who were so friendly and supportive helping us sort out our booking crisis and to the in house cleaning staff who quietly went about their work keeping the hotel immaculate and the dining room team who made sure we had an excellant start to the day. Nothing was too much trouble even with several senior ladies and their requests! Thank you so much. We will be back!!

I was very pleased with my stay here. The staff was fantastic! The location was perfect. The room itself very comfortable with a good shower and a view of the river.
