Really good and helpful staff, particularly Kelsey. Always doing everything to help with a big group of 20 being fed each evening.

Hotel was tidy and comfortable, would not waste money on food. £25 for two all you can eat breakfast which was freezing cold and like it had been sat there since putting out hour prior to our time slot.

Do not park here - there is not free parking - Staff did not register my car and I have been charged a huge parking fine. Staff here were completely incompetent, do not answer when I have called multiple times and just refer to the manager who it seems does not show up to work often. Very poor service, I expect more from a big company
