Signature Living

Original room was awful, damp, no heating and the hot tub was out action to then be moved to 3 separate rooms where no heating worked, hot tub was leaking from ceiling, door handles falling off, room doors don’t shut, had to ask for electric radiators, had to keep going back and forth to reception and calling, had to fix door handle with a screw driver myself and connected to a night club so music was booming all night long so couldn’t sleep. Still waiting for a refund but can’t seem to ever get hold of management, been 2 months since my stay! Awful!!

Awful! No communication, doors didn’t lock. Curtains failing off, filthy, smelly, walked out within 5 minutes and requested a refund! Promised a refund and not heard back from them since. Can’t believe that something so horrendous is still allowed to be sold as a prime party house. Nothing like described in website, more like a brothel! Avoid at all costs. We have had to escalate to get our refund as they won’t answer our emails or calls. Worse experience

Communication was poor from the beginning. Staff were pleasant enough but email responses were slow and the phone would ring for days with no one picking up. The smell on arrival was awful. The rooms were dirty and the bath was full of hair. Beds were comfy and the location is great but get a cleaner in and give it a lick of paint as it’s so run down. Dishwasher door hanging off. TVs with no plug sockets. There were 17 of us and it was advertised for 20. I’m not sure where everyone would have slept and the living room was a very tight squeeze for us all. Such a beautiful building that needs some love that it deserves.
