Sir Thomas

Room was lovely but only big enough for one ,quite small and only one chair no where for toiletries in the bathroom ,breakfast was fresh and hot lots of choice .staff lovely and friendly

We recently stayed at the Sir Thomas hotel on Victoria street, Liverpool city centre, a great location. Wow did we find an absolute gem. The hotel was excellent, great bar and restaurant with a mix of classical and modern decor. Very stylish room with a comfortable bed and modern and bathroom, with a complimentary bottle of wine. What more can you ask for and can’t believe it’s only 3 star? All the staff were very attentive and courteous, from Ellie 🌟 and Carol who greeted us on reception and a special mention to Natasha who really made us most welcome throughout our entire stay, nothing was to much trouble. We will certainly return on our next visit and strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Liverpool city centre. Roy & Sharon (Bahrain 🇧🇭)

The location of this hotel is perfect and within walking distance of everywhere you wish to visit in Liverpool. We were barely in the hotel as the city is incredible and very exciting. Breakfast is included but we wandered out in the morning to try somewhere fun so couldn’t comment on the breakfast itself! The rooms were a good temperature - no air con but fans provided. Hotel is spotless and the staff are very friendly and nice. Had absolutely no issues and they were incredible and very friendly. Very easy check in. Have put down as 4 stars as the mattress was a tad hard and the water pressure in the shower isn’t the best. Either way would really recommend this hotel just for its location.
