Britannia Prince of Wales Hotel

Booked direct with hotel for 3 night stay. When we went to check in and the receptionist saw my husband uses a walking stick she changed our allocated room to one just across from the lift, which was very much appreciated. Room was at front, huge high ceiling with twin beds and walk in shower. Great value for money right in the centre of town, will definitely be staying again in the future.

An excellent hotel with good sized and well stocked rooms, the beds are very comfy. It has a nice central location that is easy access for the town and is reasonably priced.

Had a telfords coach weekend,and was impressed with hotel ,I had a lovely room paid extra for single but got a double on ground floor,food was buffet style and was tasty and plentiful,evening entertainment was good just need to get more seating organised for the Saturday, when I asked a member of staff for chairs he had an attitude then a young lady took over and got everyone seated,a lovely old hotel that has had a lot of refurbishment and within walking distance of many attractions.
