The Warwick - Guest House

Host was very friendly . Room clean . But you have to pay extra for a en suite. It is in the small print . But unless you look close you think it's included. Same as there no swimming pool that also off site . No bar . OK. But look very closely at the small print . Don't go of pictures. . But . For the price it's OK. . Very close to town . . Very small rooms . But quiet. . Grate if you just need a bed . Host was very nice . And made use a coffee on arrival . Very friendly .

A wonderful Guest House in the heart of Southport. The Hosts John and Sue, made us very welcome! The breakfast was excellent; it's not restricted to the normal "Full English"! I hope to return in the summer and would highly recommend The Warwick.

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights 28-29 Oct. We travelled to Southport for a family party and although we prefer modern we did know this was not what we were getting here and therefore can't fault at all. Room and hotel in general was clean and fit for purpose. Breakfast was excellent and constantly being asked if we wanted more. John and Sue were excellent hosts and couldn't do enough for you... Excellent location also for beach, shops, restaurants etc...
